Birch leaves contain antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamins C, B2, B3, tannin, phenols, potassium, calcium, manganese, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium.

Usage:
Spray the desired amount of hydrolat on the skin. Can be used to refresh the skin several times a day, as needed. To clean the skin, spray the hydrolate on a cotton pad and clean the desired skin areas with it.
